This is the typical sort of conditions that dogs are left in out here, year round. Most are extremely friendly, but caution is advised. Know your dog body language, and the difference between a bork to come play, and a snarl. Dog treats can help with more stubborn subjects. As I often have to walk past these dogs, or deliver meds to homes, I have found cheap dog treats are well worth the five bucks to calm agitated animals.
